When ultimately the time comes for you to move back home or onto pastures new, your Personal Concierge can help you close out all services, ensure both they can remain focused on work and the move ahead. Your concierge will work out a pre-departure checklist which will include the following

Lease Termination and Property Turn Over. Your concierge will make sure to follow correct protocol in handing notice to the landlord and as it relates to the lease expiration and termination. They will also do a final walk-thru of the property prior to turning over the keys. This will ensure that the client is not billed for “ordinary wear and tear”, and to document any damage which they may be held liable for.

Security Deposit Return. Your concierge will ensure that the clients’ full security deposit will be returned to either the client directly, or the company if applicable, within 30-60 days of final move-out. Should there be any damage that affects the status of the security deposit we can coordinate repairs or third party services required. Your concierge will document exactly what work was done or what services were received, and negotiate the cost with the landlord and what will be deducted from our initial Security Deposit.

Utility Services Terminated/ Disconnected. This ensure the client will not be charged unnecessarily

Additional Services Terminated. Many people forget about monthly, quarterly, or semi annual services which will be billed against a bank account or credit card. We want to ensure proper termination of all such services, and proper “hand-off” back to the landlord (e.g. oil delivery, snow removal, landscaping).

Transfer and closure of bank accounts.

Assist in sales or donation of any items that will not be moving with client and their family.
